Qu’Ed
In response to evolving legislation affecting employee resource groups (ERGs) across educational institutions, this monthly LGBTQ+ & Allies forum is designed to provide a safe, voluntary, and enriching space for employees to connect and share resource and best practices.
Though not structured as a formal ERG, this space fills a critical gap, offering professional learning, peer support, and community building. Each session explores timely topics impacting LGBTQ+ communities in education, while uplifting allyship and intersectional equity in the workplace.
Connect, learn, and grow in a welcoming community focused on LGBTQ+ and Ally employee experiences in educational workplaces.
