Join us on the historic Superior Viaduct at Ponte Vecchio Ristorante Italiano. The Superior Viaduct overlooks the West Bank of the Flats, and the patio at Ponte Vecchio has spectacular views of Downtown Cleveland. Ponte Vecchio is one of the city's best kept secrets and now that spring has finally arrived in Cleveland, the patio is the ideal place for our May meeting. And we would like to thank Deborah Marino, proprietor, of Ponte Vecchio for her support and generosity in hosting our group again.
This is a good time to have a drink, sample some good food, listen to a great speaker, and network with other business people and entrepreneurs representing and/or supporting the LGBT Community. We look forward to seeing you there!
Our Featured Speaker: May's featured speaker will be Tamera Brown, Vice President of Marketing and Communications of the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland.
Tamera Brown is the Vice President for Marketing and Communications for the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland. In that role, she forms alliances with other civic organizations to create synergy and collaborations and creates the overall marketing and creative strategy for promoting Greater Cleveland as a potential location for meetings, conventions, and leisure tourism. Prior to that, Tami was the first Director of Arts and Cultural Tourism for the CVB. She has also served as Director of Development & External Affairs at the Western Reserve Historical Society, where she handled all fund raising and government relations, membership, outreach efforts for new audiences, promotional work, group tours, retail and customer relations functions, facility rentals, and graphic design for seven historical sites in northeast Ohio. Tami also has managed marketing work for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Cleveland International Film Festival.
